What if we need more than one engagement?

Most builds are one engagement, start to finish. If yours is bigger, we split it in two and start with the piece that helps soonest. Each phase is priced on its own.

Who owns the systems RidgeXAI builds?

Accepted Answer

The client owns everything — the code, the data, the accounts, the workflows. Everything runs on the client's own Supabase, n8n, and Anthropic accounts under their billing, independently of RidgeXAI, so there's no lock-in. Ongoing support remains available whenever the client wants it.

Launch support is included during the functional warranty window (90 to 180 days depending on tier). After that, clients can buy a prepaid Support Block for occasional help (questions, small tweaks, changes), or move to a Fractional Chief AI Officer retainer for ongoing direction. Neither is required to keep the system running; both are available on request.
